Terms of Service

By using the SwissAccs website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About SwissAccs

SwissAccs GmbH ("SwissAccs", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Switzerland. We provide digital subscription reselling services, enabling customers to access premium software and streaming subscriptions at globally-adjusted prices.

SwissAccs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Spotify, YouTube, Google, Microsoft, Valve Corporation, xAI, Anthropic, Canva or any other third-party platform whose subscriptions may be offered on our site.

2. Our service

SwissAccs provides access to premium subscriptions by purchasing them on behalf of our customers in markets where official platform pricing is lower, in accordance with those platforms' publicly available regional pricing structures. All subscriptions are purchased through official channels on the relevant platform.

We offer:

• 12-month subscription plans for platforms including Spotify, YouTube Premium, Xbox Game Pass, Gemini Advanced, Claude Pro, Grok, Chess.com and Canva Pro.
• Pre-loaded Steam game accounts.
• On-request services for certain products where order volumes require coordination.

3. Orders and delivery

Placing an order: An order is complete when you have provided a valid email address, selected a plan, and completed payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery: For Spotify Premium and YouTube Premium, delivery is automated and typically occurs within 1 hour of payment confirmation. For on-request products, delivery may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you by email if any delay occurs.

What you receive: A login email address, a temporary password, and step-by-step instructions. You are responsible for changing the password immediately upon receipt.

Failed delivery: If we are unable to deliver your subscription within 72 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. See Section 6 (Refunds) for details.

4. Account ownership and responsibility

Once you change the temporary password, the account is fully under your control. SwissAccs retains no access, login credentials, or ability to modify your account after delivery.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Complying with the terms of service of the relevant platform (Spotify, YouTube, etc.)
• Not sharing account access with third parties in violation of platform rules
• Any activity that occurs under your account

SwissAccs is not responsible for account suspension or termination caused by the customer's violation of third-party platform terms. In such cases, our guarantee does not apply. See Section 5 (Guarantee).

5. 12-month guarantee

SwissAccs guarantees that every subscription will remain active and functional for 12 months from the date of delivery. If your subscription is disrupted, suspended or terminated during this period for reasons not attributable to your actions, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the subscription with an equivalent plan at no additional cost, or
• Issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining months of the subscription period.

To claim the guarantee, contact us at support@swissaccs.com with your order reference number. We will respond within 24 hours.

The guarantee does not apply if:

• The account was suspended due to violation of the third-party platform's terms of service by the customer
• The customer shares account access in breach of platform rules
• The customer voluntarily cancels the subscription

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated and charged in EUR. Swiss VAT (8.1%) is added on top at checkout where required by law. SwissAccs does not handle currency conversion; if your card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, over which SwissAccs has no control and adds no markup.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected cryptocurrencies. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified third-party providers. SwissAccs does not store card details.

All prices are final and include any processing fees. There are no hidden charges.

7. Refund policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Full refund if we fail to deliver within 72 hours
• Pro-rata refund if subscription fails during the guarantee period and cannot be replaced
• No refund once the account has been delivered and the password changed, unless covered by the guarantee

EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of purchase, unless the digital content has already been delivered and accessed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery of digital credentials constitutes fulfilment of the contract.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use SwissAccs services to:

• Resell or commercially redistribute the subscriptions or account credentials provided
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to place orders
• Provide false information during checkout
• Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms in ways that result in harm to SwissAccs

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwissAccs GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant subscription order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton in which SwissAccs GmbH is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile.

11. Changes to these terms

SwissAccs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active orders, the Terms in force at the time of purchase apply.
