If SwissAccs fails to deliver your subscription credentials within 72 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
To claim a non-delivery refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time by your bank or payment provider may take 3–7 business days.
If your subscription stops working during the 12-month guarantee period for reasons not caused by your own actions, we will offer you the choice of:

Refund = (Purchase price ÷ 365) × remaining days. Example: if you paid €29.99 for Spotify Premium and the subscription fails after 180 days with 185 days remaining, you would receive €29.99 ÷ 365 × 185 = €15.19.
Refunds and replacements do not apply in the following cases:
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right is excluded for digital content that has been fully delivered and accessed, where you expressly consented to delivery commencing before the withdrawal period expires.
By completing your SwissAccs order and receiving your credentials, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and that the statutory withdrawal right is waived upon delivery.
If you wish to cancel before credentials are delivered, please contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund your order in full.
